Microblog into a social network, this was earlier Twitter into Facebook profiles but i have never or very rarely seen Twitter being mentioned about in Orkut. That might be because twitter is quite popular in India, Brazil and people from here are not familiar to twitter.

But still, why not add some fun and spice up your Orkut profile with your latest twitter updates? It can be done with an Orkut Application called Twitkut – Twitter + Orkut!
It just needs you to provide your username and that’s it. The latest tweets are pulled in, and displayed in a separate section in your Orkut profile.

You can set whether to show all the updates or the updates which do not have a @reply in it. And the latest 5 updates are shown, though if you prefer you can see all the latest 20 tweets.
Note: The update in your profile happens when you visit your orkut profile page or the Twitkut page, or else it remains unchanged.

Just search for Twitkut in the application directory in Orkut and you can install it in a few seconds. A good addition for Orkut users who also use Twitter.
