Advertising prices slashed

There is a greed in every person when he works on something. I am actually blogging since 4 months in this blog, and regularly maintaining it but since 4 months, i think the total income has not crossed $150. I think this is because of the randomness of the blog, not staying into a single niche, or some other reasons.

But am not able to find advertisers for this blog. There are two banners available right now in the sidebar(no-followed) and they cost just $10 per month, were previously priced $15. The blog is getting around 400 uniques per day, which is not at all bad. I am happy with the stats but just not satisfied with the earnings.
And am sure the banner, although nofollow, would generate good number of visitors from here to advertiser’s landing page! Right now am selling only those links, apart from that I still confused about what price to set for a review in this blog.

I was granted a PR3 by google in the pagerank update. So will try to make some link sales for those who are interested in building backlinks. Anyways right now, my concern is regarding the banner sales and review. I am thinking to set the review price as $35 for now. Its going to be a good review of over 400 words and
images included :)

What do you all suggest? I am thinking to remove adsense in the posts too, as no income is generated from those as of now. With the new design i would get the new ideas. I have already hired a designer and coder for the new theme, which would be arriving soon.

Update: I have decided to place 4 banners there, instead of two. As it looks more decent and chance for more people to advertise. If i get any advertiser, then i would add 2 more to the present 2 banners.
