Apple has started the sales of iPhone 3G S today at 7 a.m. US time in most of the Apple stores of US and people are already getting those in their hands and boasting to be the owners of the new iPhones. The crowds of iPhone buyers was high hours before the launch of the phone and opening of the stores.

People have already started testing out things and claim that the speed of the iPhone 3G S is a lot better than 3G as claimed by Apple, and the video quality is impressive.
When comparing between the picture quality of the iPhone 3G and 3G S the latter has got a very improved quality of imaging.
There were long lines outside every store waiting for the phone to be in their hands, so that they can tweet about being a proud owner of the iPhone 3G S. You can see the frequency here.

It is expected that the sales of iPhone 3G S would exceed to what was for iPhone 3G during its release. Right now, the new iPhone is in sales in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
A very few people are also reporting problems with the slow activation, and WiFi connectivity problems but that surely would be rectified very soon. The same problem with WiFi was seen in iPhone 3.0 OS which was released earlier. Restarting the phone couple of times would rectify the WiFi problem.
