I joined in the mid of the session, and this was what being discussed about -

Know what someone really wants.. This all can be got socially, and privately.
Learn from Communities.. like Yahoo! Groups, Google Groups..
Make better Shopping experiences. (Ex. Kaboodle.com) Changing trends with the alpha males and females in certain groups. (Ex. Stylehive.com, a social discovery site)
Storrz.com is a social marketplace with the interesting and hot products listed in.

There are discussions and ratings about the products and know how popular certain product is, before buying it.
For example, Cookie 1 is reviewed by a few people and rated 4/5 and other would be reviewed by more number of people and given a lesser rating, one would certainly go for the 1st one.

The sale of a certain product depends on the customers and not the merchants. Storrz is one of those which helps in getting products reviewed and buy them.
Storrz is a marketplace with a new launch.
