Become a Twitter Power user with these tools
Building network and getting to the best at Twitter is a bit of challenge, as there is much of marketing and profile promotion in twitter always, and people keep trying to get more followers so that they can see them involved in more discussions, or reach the pages that are shared by the user. Till today, i have written about some good tools related to twitter, and now time to show you how to get things done with each of the tools -
Mr. Tweet – This tool is really simple and useful, for those who are new to twitter and want to follow people who are really influential and are worth following. Some of those would follow you back, and while others have good accounts helpful for you to stay active in twitter and get involved in discussions.
Retweetradar – Retweeting is one of the most powerful things that can make a post or link go viral all around in twitter. Marketers with lots of followers usually keep good title and post the links, which are loved and retweeted by others, and this all brings in good traffic, and sometimes good number of followers too. Retweetradar does a good job in showing which links were retweeted a lot, or whose tweets were the most retweeted.
Happytweets and Tweetwaster – These 2 are not very useful tools, but can keep you thinking more about twitter and your time dedication and mood in twitter. One lets you know how happy you are while posting tweets in twitter, and the other tells you approximately how much time you wasted in twitter.
Twitkut – Increase your twitter social presence through social media, like networks especially Orkut. You can display your latest tweets in your Orkut profile with this app named Twitkut which can help increase your twitter social presence.
Twollow – Autofollow people on twitter, who talk about some topic that you are interested in. You set the things in such a way that a few tags if used by certain twitter user, you would automatically follow them.
Twitter Patterns – Get some professional backgrounds for your twitter profile, with straight lines or some web 2.0 type images to be used in your background. You can set the background right from the Twitter Patterns website by providing your twitter login details.
Twitsay – Podcasters can have a full advantage of this tool Twitsay that allows you to post voice messages in twitter. Its not just text that can be used to communicate in twitter now!
Twitter Grader – Building your profile might just be your thought, but you might not be sure how well you built it, and how good others are doing it. Twitter Grader says how well you score on twitter, all across the globe or locally too. I’m a Twitter Elite in India, and my score fluctuates daily depending on my activity and followers count etc.
Mattinator – Post a single message from different twitter accounts at a time. Suppose you are a good brand with separate accounts in twitter for your personal use, company support account, promotional account etc. And you need to make an official announcement in twitter. You can do that by posting at a single time through all accounts at one in Mattinator.
Tweetvolume – See what keywords are most popularly used in twitter. And check how famous a word on twitter is. It can help in making good topics for your blogs. And also, you might be influencing a keyword in there by using it very frequently.
Mytweetspace – Make some professional and fun twitter backgrounds with Mytweetspace. You can have your profile information in the left side of the background image, or some seasonal themed backgrounds.
There are many other tools too, but these tools are the ones which i reviewed, and Mytweetspace, Mr. Tweet are some very useful ones to build your profiles in a professional manner.

Thanks for the tools. Twitter is part of my ’09 resolutions list……I just haven’t figured out everything it can do for me yet.
