Blog redesign done - Suggestions needed

A quick update to all the visitors of this blog, that the blog redesign is done.
The previous theme was perfect and had no problems or issues, but i needed to redesign to keep it unique and match it with our network’s blogs. The theme previously was the free version of Arthemia but now is the same theme with the premium version, which is worth buying and paying to use.

I need a few suggestions and reviews from the readers to make the blog better and easy to use for all of you. Like the homepage design, any tweaks in it and the single post sections. Please suggest what changes would you like to see and how you would review this theme?

Btw a small mention about the Arthemia Premium theme - Its really an awesome work by Color Labs Project and the theme is worth paying to use. The options are very cool and you would find it hard to understand to make the changes, but once you get used to it, you would love it.

Hope to see some good reviews from you people.

I am still trying to make some changes to make it load faster, although i see no issues with the loading speed right now.

@ali: Is the blog loading slow right now? I wanted to know as am not sure what speed it takes and how much time it takes to load at its reader’s place.
Wp super cache had some problems previously and due to most of my friends’ suggestions, i had to stay away from that plugin.

I also like simple themes. The more cluttered the harder it is to navigate for new readers. If the goal is to cater to regular readers who are more technically minded this is a beautiful theme.
