   I want to know does surfing the net and watching photos amount to download.
   What actions on internet will be count as download/upload.
   Please clarify it.

   i have bsnl broadband connection plan 250 (user name akh9091205200)land line no:4872531427 trichur kerala) i am using this only for voice chat ..but every month it is taking too much space for download/upload so i like to know what is the download/upload space for one hour for voice mesengers .and i would like to know what is lowest space user messenger pls let me know

   i have bsnl broadband connection plan 250. my chargeble unit shows 1044206 kb since 1 gb is free 1044206/1024 =1010.73445-1024 sice i hve not crossed 1 gb still my bill shows 5000+

    Dera Sir, its Noushad, i have applied for the broadband cconnection home plan 250 on december 2008.and i got the message from our exchange its going to install soon thiese days..(cherpu excchange)my land phone no: is 0487 2347794.
    sir when I applied for the connection ..i got the choice in the form that i can purchase the modam from BSNL and when i gone for apply i go the infermation that the modam may be not available for purcchase,so can tick in the rental option inthe form. so i done it.sir when i would like to purchase the modam .and better fro me as i thought befor..so how can do make the change when its instal lin my home? pls let me know how can i ..do it change and the cconection is my Dads name he is there at home,,pls iam waiting for ur kind advice and service as ur possible.thank you

    am usins bsnl 250 start up plan since from 25 days. today i checked my usage details the bill amount is Rs.316. i was so shocked because i dint download an thing and i just uploaded my photo in the orkut…
    why it is so… can any one help me regarding this problem…

    I Priya Chowdhury,addressed at 7/79 A Sahid Nagar, Dhakuria Kolkata-700031.Customer ID-0203009600203,Ph.no.24051829 a subscriber of BsnlBroadband Home 500(monthly)tariff user.Every month I used to pay Rs-552/- to Rs-562/- as a domestic user.I never used or surf or play or download movies,songs,games or anythingelse and I didn’t used unlimited net surfing.But it is very much unfortunate and surprising event for me when I informed by bill junction msg. that,I have to pay our cal. tel.pns.bill of Rs -2215/- due on 29.01.10,I didn’t get the bill physically.So please rectify it kindly & obliged.
