Sir i want to use of BSNL broad band service (Home UL 750 plan).

My querries are-
1. I have no land line connection.Is it require for that if yes then is any additional charges ?
2.Monthly i will spend Rs 750 or more

I would like to have BSNL unlimited broadband home plan. How much I have pay for it per month towards rental and other charges. Is there any other deposit to be made for it before installation? (Installation charges plus service charges etc.) Along with the unlimited plan, free talk time land line facilities are available?
