dear friends

If you are truly wanting some broadband plan then dont go with BSNL they charge for whole month even if you get the connection on the last date of the month i.e if you get the connection on 30th or 31st then also they will charge the whole month plan charge of 750 rs for that one day. i would suggest airtel or even tata indicom as their service is 100 times better than BSNL if you call up the customer care of BSNL no one knows what to tell and who is the concerned person who could solve ur problem. the most irresponsible thing is that they even dont know the basic english the coustomer is telling.

first apply for landline …to get landline connection-rs500
later after getting connection ur home .. post a request that u need broadband for ur n.o.

best broadband plan is 750plan
unlimited upload/download,50 free phone calls,excluding phone rental charge

I AM INTERESTED IN TAKING HOME UL 750 PLAN. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE DEPT HAS PROVIDED CABLE IN THE HOUSE. THEY DID NOT COME AFTERWARDS. I HAD TO TAKE AIRTEL SERVICE. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE TO THE NEW PLAN OF BSNL. I REQUEST YOU TO INFORM IF THERE ARE ANY NEW PLANS FOR DOMESTIC USE.
