This is my first day and i am switching on AirTel. these bastards are down almost 90% of the time and remaining time u ll get around 40 kbps speed on 256 kbps connection. My previous airtel connection used to giv that much downloading speed, even more then it.. You keep calling the customer care the renewal department & you will get a common reply "AREA KA PROBLEM HAI SIR" even when you send email the reply is " OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT WILL GET BACK TO YOU SOON" I dont know in how many years. My A/c No :82076 . Every time you renew they give your discounts or more days. But ultimately you are cheated. Since last 48 days I have been complaining about no connection but they are unable to solve it .
