Sometimes, your blog is being copied by someone, and you have no option to contact that site owner who is copying the content. You would just go to contact their host to solve the issue, and let them remove the content or suspend the hosting, as any reliable host would do the same and do not like their clients copying content from other places.
But what if the host is not reliable, and promotes such kind of things. This site lets you know whether the host is reliable or not. They have many reviews in their site, and with this ratings and reviews, the reliability of a host is measured.

Hrmm it’s a shame that some hosting services aren’t very trustworthy. That’s an interesting tool and much better than whois.
