There are some rules you have to follow, so please read the contest post carefully before you join the contest.
One of them -
With the exception of the iPod Nano, delivery of prizes to the winners will be arranged between the sponsors and the winners. The iPod Nano will be delivered by MeAndMyDrum, which will require a physical mailing address inside the continental U.S. This address will serve only to deliver the iPod Nano and will not be used for other purposes.
So, being an Indian, i would not claim this prize if i win it.
