Convert youtube videos into mp3 – Vid2mp3
If you have ever seen a video on Youtube or Myspace video and don’t get the mp3 version of it, here is a short step of what to do.

I have been using these tool from last few days, WOrks great for me now..
Although, i dont have an option to rename the file before downloading.. It can be done only after downloading
