Google searchwiki was a feature launched by Google to give users a better way of sorting search results for the keywords they searched, and for their account, the results can be moved up or down and this can help the search engine in giving better idea of the results for that particular keywords.
For example, when i search for my name in Google, i would see LivePerson as the first result rather than my blog. If I and a few others use the SearchWiki feature to promote my blog to top place, the rankings can be manipulated in coming time because many searchers prefer for other result to be on the top.

But I seriously don’t like the Searchwiki feature, and have already disabled it. If you want to disable the Searchwiki earlier you needed to use Greasemonkey script to do so, but now there is an option in the Google Search Preferences that can disable the Google SearchWiki in a single click.
Go to preferences and see this option in the end of the page before Subscriptions options. And mark it, and save!
