PDF files are always the best read in Adobe Reader but when you are running on a low configuration PC or due to some reason the Adobe reader does not work in your computer, there are many alternatives for the same, one of them is SumatraPDF reader for Windows.
Sumatra PDF is a slim, free, open-source PDF viewer for Windows. It’s designed for portable use: it’s just one file with no external dependencies so you can easily run it from external USB drive.
It does not have anything much to talk about the features as its too simple to use, and very easy to handle. Though you can play with it by using many of its keyboard shortcuts for better PDF reading and usage.
With the help of this reader, you can disable the viewing of PDF files from the browser, which are too heavy and soemtimes the browser too can not handle the load of the PDFs.

Not worth using in my view. The interface looks ugly and wondering whether it would be handling to open any bigger PDF files.
