A theme is a desktop background plus glass color, sounds, icons, and more to help you personalize your computer with one click. Windows 7 in the beta stage has already got a lot to do, and you can have it personalized and test out things for changing the theme, and its compartments like the backgrounds, icons etc.

Microsoft has shared which are the best antivirus programs for Windows 7, and now they are also giving some free themes for Windows 7 which you can download and install for the beta running OS.
