Firefox for mobile – Fennec – Launching in HTC Touch Pro
Its HTC Touch Pro, the first phone with Windows mobile to be given a touch of Fennec, the browser made for mobiles by the Firefox team. And the first try is going to be done very soon.
Accd. to the Firefox developers team,
We are targeting a Milestone release for the first week of February, targeting the HTC touch pro.

The browser is going to have nearly everything that a web browser has, including the add-ons, download manager, folder adding and deleting options and other general preferences. And interestingly, the little browser will also have themes support to make it brighter.
For people who can still trust that its already worth trying, you can download the alpha version of the Fennec browser from here. It is available for trying in all the OS – WIndows, Mac and Linux, so that you can have a touch on it from every aspect.
Opera mini, and a few other browsers are always the favorites, but Fennec is coming soon to overtake them. And this expected release, should probably release on time and not keep delaying to just disappoint firefox fans.

Fennec should capitalise on the succes of Firefox, as most Firefox and Thunderbird users will stay true to their brand. I definitely will. What kept them so long though?
