Adding banner ads to your blog is a pain when you have to go to the php pages and edit the codes and a small mistake can destruct that whole sidebar section of yours which you have been working on to add the banner. So there are many banner ad managers available in free and paid versions.

I have been using OIOPublisher and it works good for me as i have nothing much to do, but every one would not afford buying it as it is not a free one. So here is one, which one of my fellow bloggers and a good plugin developers has shared with me -

Its called Max Banner Ads

With this plugin, you just don’t need to edit any of your theme files and its coding. Everything is done in a separate manner and in the easiest way.
Moreover, it also shows the statistics of the ads, like the click through rates etc.

If am going to launch a new blog and need banner ad placement and rotation there, i would first go with this one!
