Get free Gmail stickers from Google

gmail logoA post in google blog just made some google loving folks happy as they can now get a few gmail stickers for free, if they send them a post with their address. They call it the mvelope as its the mail envelopes. I already have a firefox logo sticker on my macbook as am a strong firefox lover, but am not sure if i would be getting one of those gmail stickers as the post has to be sent to Google headquarters at Mountain View.

One of the co-travelers in a flight had asked for a sticker to the Google engineer guy and they realized that people really need some things that they can stick up to their walls and to their computers, and so the stickers came in.

There’s the standard Gmail mvelope — dressed up in glitter. One of three bookplate style stickers you can stick on anything from the inside of a favorite book to your laptop or your skateboard. (Trading with friends is encouraged — we realize the unicorn isn’t for everyone.) And there’s a sheet of keyboard shortcut stickers intended as a tool to help people learn Gmail’s shortcuts. The adhesive is a bit more removable than standard stickiness, so you can take them off once you’ve trained your fingers.

So how do you get your stickers? We may be all about speedy electronic communication, but this time we’re going old school with snail mail. Just send a self-addressed stamped envelope (along with a note if you’re so inclined) to:

Send me some Gmail stickers already
P.O. Box 391420
Mountain View, CA 94039-1420

If you are outside the US, then you should include the International Reply Coupon to cover the postal fees for Google.
The creation of stickers and design is awesome, and also i always love the logo of gmail, the envelope concept.

Lol quite cool huh.. gmail stickers..

  5. It would’ve been nice if they covered shipping and posting charges, at least from their regional HQ’s. That way they would’ve gotten way more stickers out there to help cement their brand.
