Google adsense payment delayed for Indian Publishers

As last time i had mentioned that Google has changed the way they were sending the couriers to Indian publishers of the adsense earnings, and this time it was going to be Bluedart which would be sent without any additional charges for the courier, but no publisher had got their check this month.
When this problem was reported in the adsense forum, many people started complaining the same and finally google sent the answer to that, a sigh of relief for everyone!
Here is what they sent in the mail to all the publishers -
Hello,
We’d like to let you know that the delivery of your most recent AdSense
check payment has been slightly delayed by a few days. However, please be
assured that it will be mailed to you early next week.We appreciate your patience.

So the panicked people are assured that the checks are not lost mid-way but are still not sent by the adsense team, and it would be done by next week.
Most of the publishers were happy paying the $25 fee to DHL for the courier previously, but this free service with big delay was not a nice shift for them.
I too got that mail and now I’ve got some relief.
The fee for DHL courier service was $25 not $5.

Yeah, I also got the same mail. Hope I will get my check in two weeks now.
You were right that many publishers were happy to pay $25 for the courier service but think about those who are earning just a couple hundred dollars. They would not be able to spend $25 which would be around 10% of their earnings being cut just for the courier.
So a good step taken by google, although there are problems as its the first time.

Have to agree with that point for publishers who do not earn more. They can not be ready to give out $25 from their earnings just for the payment courier.
my earning is slow still less than $20
