Google Buzz on iPhone – User review

Google buzz has been buzzing around since it launched, and many have liked it, although the main criticism has been that when there are so many sharing techniques integrated within every social network, and with live status update services like twitter, where would Buzz gets its position? No where! But still, the way I look it in iPhone is totally different and good.

Google buzz is something that helps you share information, links, photos, videos, and much more within many of the Google applications, both through mobile, laptops etc. and its location based services in iPhone and Android mobiles takes the user experience far ahead.

This is not a thorough review of Google Buzz as I have to yet use it fully and my first hands-on experience was very good. It is what it has to be, and works perfectly. Just open buzz.google.com from your iPhone browser and you will be taken to your gmail login page and then redirected back to the mini-social page where you can follow people, get followed by others, and update your friends with something you write or post.

As soon as I opened the page, I was prompted that the location update has to be done, and after agreeing, Buzz listed a number of places around my building as landmarks. Selecting one would help you find updates from friends from nearby the location. You can go search your gmail contacts and follow people from there, or else can directly search the whole web to find any good people to follow.
You can post about the location where you are, so that others around can read it and gain info about it, or comment on it. A comment on your update will appear as a tiny notification just beside the update you made.

Google buzz shows you the count of people you are following, and are being followed by, and your location can be set from the Google maps integrated in a tab just beside the buzz tab. You can unfollow anyone at any instant.
Its pretty easy to use, and you really won’t need any tutorials to learn on how to go with it. Am still awaiting the one on gmail in my laptop browser, but the iPhone one is as good as promised.
