For me it is nice to have a stripped out browser to do arbitray internet surfing with, versus my Firefox that is so pimped out with plugins and toolbars that it is becoming a bit of a resource hog. With the might of Google behind it, and the mobile market specificallt I foresee great things for Chrome. Google Chrome has just been released and already the community seems to be embracing it!
