The question refers not to any tourism or military camps, but am asking about the internet/webmaster related camps. Each and every week, some part of the world experiences any type of internet related conference.
May that be a blogging camp, SEO meeting, internet marketing discussion, domain name discussions etc.

These kind of camps or conferences helps us(the webmasters) to participate in discussions, share our knowledge and also learn new things that happen and we have never heard of before.
One more thing beneficial due to camps is Networking. A blogger can make good network with other bloggers and similarly the internet marketers participate in networking by sharing their company profiles/info with each other which actually leads to good future business between them.

The online workers cannot always be online, but have to make some good brand in the offline world too, which can be done by making some good friendship with others through these conferences or meetings.

So, the question - Did you ever visit any conference or camp?
I have participated only in one meet till today, and that was Searchcamp, held in Chennai, in December last year. It was sucha a beautiful experience and i learnt a lot of things related to internet marketing, PPC advertising, SEO tricks and tactics, blogging and many other things. There was a lot of intertaction and communication amongst us.
I always wish i had enough time to attend conferences of that type, but my busy dental life makes me jammed up with work and studies and it doesn’t give me time to at least blog regularly. These days am managing to post regularly though.

This was the 2nd time in my webmastering life that i attended a meet, i.e. Barcamp5 in Google office in Hyderabad(India). ;)
