Help me reach my goal – Raise $200 for iPhone 3G from here
Update – You can buy ad spaces and help me reach the target
This target is set just to see how much support i get from people who read my blog, and other fellow bloggers. I want to make $200 to buy the iPhone 3G which might be released by the end of August in India.
I can make money from many other ways which i use to make money online, but this is to get support from all you guys! Even $1 donation would be helpful. Check the iPhone Goal page to see more about my target and how you can help me.
Any donations of $3 or above would be linked in the goal page, till i reach the goal. $10 and above donators would get a site-wide link for a month or more. So you too would be a bit benefited. And i would soon open a contest to get some donations from people. Will let you all know about it.
Please help me reach the goal.

Those are known as locked iphones.
unlocked are available since ages in India. you can find easily in delhi or bombay

No, just confirm with your network provider.
They unlock it for you and then give you the handset. This is what i was told.
And ya, unlocked iphones are available, but they are the old generation iphones which cost around Rs. 20000.
And the new 3G version is going to be half the price.

i hv heard this 3G version iPhone is of around or more than 20k available in India after 11th of this month .. but the rates which we can see on the website is very low of around $200 only …

chetan the price of 8gb is Rs16000 and for 16gb is Rs24000…..i was also planning to buy but dropped the idea after seeing the price …..the phone will be available from aug

you can buy an iphone 3g just with $200?!?!? wow! here in portugal vodafone is selling them at 500 euros!!
