This was bound to happen. This is why Firefox is so robust, it can take on the functionality of virtually anything.

I like the incognito mode feature of Chrome a lot, but yet again the community provides an answer in the form of Stealther! I'm going to download and install it straight away! The very nature of Firefox allows it to adapt to the needs of its users in a spontaneous, organic manner, and this is going to leave the competitors behind. Now only if we can get a search engine that embraces these qualities. Imagine the Firefox or Wordpress of search engines!!!!!

@Garry Conn: I think Chrome is faster just due to its simplicity? Might be in the near future, when Chrome would have the add-ons, then the performance might come down to what Firefox is right now.

As much as Chrome disappoints me on providing expandability to end users, there isn't much anyone can do to speed up Firefox. Granted Firefox is fast, but after using Google Chrome full time for a month, one can totally see a huge difference in performance. Chrome is so much faster than Firefox. Once again though, Chrome does disappoint me for their lack of functionality. One would think that it would have been in the best interest of users to at least make Chrome auto discover RSS feeds. Strangely it does not and I am puzzled as to why it will take more than half the 2009 year to even get the browser to this level. Also too, Chrome will not be available for Apple or Linux until near the same time.
