How to Install Android on your iPhone

iPhone has always been the dream of mobile lovers with the Apple tradition Outside it which delivers quality products and the sleek and impressive iOS inside it, iPhone with its iOS has never got me bored with the App store promising so many exiting apps Entertainment, games, utilities, health, and studies which keeps you occupied all the time.

Apple iOS brought a revolution in the mobile market with releasing the App store which was the only one of its kind but after Android has come into the market it has not been the same. With Android giving  so many free apps, which are paid in the App store there are many people switching from iOS to Android.

So for iPhone owners who want to get a taste of Android  and are not in mood to buy an all new handset for this experience here is the good news you can install Android in your iPhone and enjoy Android an switch to your original iOS with just one click.

Follow these Simple Steps and you will turning your iPhone into an Android phone:

Step 1:

Go to Cydia App on your home screen.

Step 2:

Then you have to go to the Search option in Cydia seen in the lower right corner of your screen.

Step 3:

And type OSFaker in the Search bar, which will give you the results and click on the first option.

Step 4:

After the OSFaker App Download page opens you can see the Install option in the Right Top of the Page.

Step 5:

Click on Confirm tab and you will be directed to the confirmation page where you will be seeing a Confirm Option in the Right side Top of the page. Clicking on this will start the download and installation process automatically.

Step 6:

You can see the App installed in the Home screen of your iPhone, From here on its all a cake walk even your 5yr old kid can do it.

Step7:

Open the app and you can see the homepage of the App with logos of Android and Windows. As seen in the image below you have select the Android Robot logo to turn your iPhone into an Android running phone.

Step 8:

You will be getting a greeting message telling you that Android is the property of Google and blah blah which is none of our concern we just have to press the OK button and get ready to enjoy Android on your iPhone.

Now that you all know how to run your iPhone with the Android platform, you have to know that iPhone OS is not replaced by the Android OS but it just acts as a theme which changes the appearance of your iPhone software into Android.

How to Get back to iPhone OS and Switch OFF the Android OS:

Once you have had your fun with the Android OS and want to get back to your good old iPhone OS its a very simple procedure. Just follow these simple steps and you will be back to the iPhone OS:

Step 1:

On the Android theme Home screen you can see the power icon as seen in the image in the image shown below at the left lower part of the screen.

Step 2:

All you have to do is just click on the Power icon and you will be directed back to the homescreen of the OSFaker App

Step 3:

From where you have to just close the app by pressing the Home button to get back to the  iPhone Home Screen.

Requirements for installing Android into your iPhone:

  • Jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch.
  • Your iPhone and iPod touch must be Jailbroken and Cydia installed in it.
  • You need a Internet connection (either 3G or Wifi) on your iPhone.
  • Installing Android in your iPhone models below 3gs is available but not recommended due to the lower Ram which can make your iPhone slow.
