HP Pavilion tx2000 Tablet PC Review

HP Pavilion tx2000 tablet PC is an awesome gadget that some one would love to use. As the name suggests it is small and sweet, and a real eye candy.

It is rightly named Tablet PC as it is small and is loaded with a mind blasting list of features. First i thought that more the number of features more will be the problems, but when i saw that laptop i just fell in love with it and was forced to buy it.

It is a classy gadget for students as well as professionals who especially can have the advantage in the conferences, where the monitor can be rotated 360 degree and can be turned round during discussions to show some presentation.
The active digitizer keeps the screen safe and well working as you won’t need your fingers pushing hard and damaging it, but there is a pen for writing notes or selecting something.

For people who are mostly with the traditional big laptops, you would be amazed when you see the glossy surface of this tablet as it just shines and reflects light. Some reviewers regard this as a real tablet as it has both the touch screen and the digitizer options.
The back part of it looks very highly worked and complicated, but who wants to turn it around and open up things.

One thing a HP gadget lover would notice is that the keyboard is worked on very much by the developers, and it gets better with every new laptop released by them. The key response time is perfect and there are a lot of multimedia keys along with the normal keys.

Design and look -
The overall look and design is very pleasing to the eyes, The black metallic finish on the screen and the silver metallic finish on the keyboard make it even more appealing on the first look, the presence of blue color icons on the side of the screeon giving the options DVD, power, rotation of the screen. Adds spice to the look.

Screen and Display -
The screen is slightly on the good, i wont say excellent. But being a touch screen i guess we should not complain, The best option is the presence of a rotating screen and it can be completely rotated and used as a notepad for taking in notes in our own writing.

Pen features and functions -
The pen feels more like our normal ballpoint pen, normal tap of the pen is like a left click of the mouse.
Holding the button on the side of the pen and tapping is a right click(really helpful when using only the touch screen).

Pro’s:
What pleased me the best in the whole package is the presence of a touch screen and the presence of a 180 degrees rotating screen, Took the whole thing to a new level(well done HP)
An inbuilt bluetooth
T.V output
DVD writer
1.3 mp camera
3GB ram
250GB hard disk

Con’s:
Nothing really, But i think the screen size being 12′ is a bit on the smaller side but still looks great.
Conclusion: I consider it the best buy, HP has given such awesome features in such a small package and and the cost is around 55000 Rs(INR) / $1225.
