List of Top Commentators Blogs
Commenting on other blogs is always a good thing helping out in various aspects for a blogger. Although it has become one of the link building methods for normal website owners, it is the bloggers who are more benefited by commenting in other blogs and being in the top commentators list. Here are the benefits of being in the top commentators list -
- Networking
- Traffic
- Backlinks
Many bloggers(including me) appreciate comments in their posts and try to revert back by replying to the comments and also giving a visit to the commentator’s blog and leaving some comments there. This helps in networking in a small basis.
And being in the top commentators list can get you some good amount of traffic and backlinks to your blog, just for adding comments in their blog.
Now when i was trying to find a few good blogs of my field, and which have the top commentators plugin installed with them, i could not get a big list of it. Actually there are thousands of blogs which are using it, but i wanted to have blogs related to blogging, internet marketing, SEO etc. and could find a few of those where am a regular commentator and like to comment there as they just post something good very regularly.
John Chow – A blog about Internet marketing, miscellaneous ramblings and full of guest posts which easily attract positive and negative comments. You have to post about 4-5 comments a day to be in the top commentators list.
Balkhis – A blog about wordpress, phpld and blogging tips. It is easy to comment here as the posts here are easy to understand and comment upon.
Viking Blogger – A good blog, related to just entertainment and commenting for me! I have been the top commentator there always :p
Life is Colourful – Making 2 cents per minute. A good inspirational blog, with the money meter there i just loved being there since i visited the blog.
Zac Johnson – A supper affiliate blog with beautiful tips for affiliate marketing, and great posts to read about other subjects too. A blog worth checking out.
Sly Visions – Another good make money online blog, not much active these days but it is in the top 100 blog list of 45n5.
The University Kid – Owned by Jason, a 16 year old blogger who has great skills in writing and marketing. Things he write there are worth reading and commenting.
Think Blogger – First time i went there was to enter its contest, and ultimately i won it. But when i browsed through whole of the blog, it was really interesting and don’t know how it counts, but am in the top commentators list there too 
The Net Fool – A real good blog with his marketing strategies and experiments shared. He is a guest blogger here too. And he writes good stuff in his blog too.
General Marketing Blog – A good blog sharing tips to market a new website or blog in many different ways. Good blog for marketing newbies. I feel am a newbie too, so visit there and comment regularly!
Retire at 21 – Just an amazing blog, inspiring people to make money online wisely on the web. Interviews of big guys in the industry and some good polls and analysis.
I might be forgetting some other blogs where i comment regularly, but the above one’s are those which i follow everyday.
So, please list your blogs here if not there already and make me a good commentator everywhere!
wow thats a excellent list, i did have top commentors plugin at my blog but removed it 2days back because i was not interested in commentors who would come up for backlinks, since iam already having genuine commentors now

Just make sure your comments are quality. No one wants to follow you back to your place if you’re posting spam or leaving two word comments that mean absolutely nothing. Make an impression!

Oh man, there goes my closet brilliant idea! I have a whole folder of bookmarks on firefox called “top commenters”. Yay, slowly working my way up!

Oddly enough, for me, it’s the medium-lengthed comments that blend in with the rest that leave no impression. If it’s really short, I angry march to your site and poke around until I’m satisfied that said person is ignorant and a teen-bopper blogger. If it’s really long, I usually return the courtesy!

But Amit, remember one thing that even if commentator’s come for backlink, you can make regular visitors out of them with the power of your good content. I myself have become visitors to many blogs including this and many more. The same thing might apply to your visitors.

Tell me one thing , are you making blogs for traffic which comes reads, comments and goes away or are you here seriously to make money? Iam have got lots of posts in my blog with xxx number of comments in each and i didnt start any contest for those, this is the result of real content and not any contests. The contest luring commentors will instantly stop reading your blog when you stop the contests, but the real blogs keep getting traffic. You need to think better and practical.
