Ok so the advertising and publisher client company matched.co.uk has closed down, after being quite popular for some good time. I think this is mainly due to lack of advertisers that they were handling and publishers were in excess, so they might have seen no much future in their advertiser base.

I received a mail as i was a publisher with them and possibly all the publishers might have got the same, explaining about the closure of the company project.
Am at least happy that they are not the same like other many scam publisher networks which shut down, and do not pay, like MediaText which scammed me of $150 and then shut down the company.

Here is what the mail said -

It is with much regret that we announce that Matched.co.uk has closed.

Matched has been running as a beta experiment for some time and, after much careful consideration, it has been decided not to progress the project to the next stage.

As a result, Matched will not be accepting new sign-ups and will no longer be assigning adverts to its current publisher base.

If you completed your last payment run before November 19th 2008, you will still be paid, but please note that no future payments will be made after this. Therefore, we recommend that you remove any Matched ads from your websites.
