Nokia Friend View Beta Launched – Mobile Microblogging tool

nokia friend viewNokia Friend View is a location and micro-blogging service that helps you stay in touch with your close friends. It let’s you share where you are and how you feel from home, work, or on the go. With Friend View it is easy to meet up at only a moment’s notice.

You can update where you are, what you are doing and post questions to your friends from where ever you are, at home, office or while you are traveling to somewhere.
Its compatibility –
Tested with Nokia 5320 XpressMusic, 6110 Navigator, 6210 Navigator, N95, N95 8GB, N82, N96, E71, E90, N80 and E61. Should work on all Nokia devices based on S60 3rd Edition.
The browser interface has been tested with Firefox and Safari. We are working to add support for Internet Explorer 7.

Its still in the process of development and so the beta stage, but this micro blogging tool feels to be a good one for all those who are using Twitter, Plurk, FriendFeed etc.

Mobile is where it is all heading and managing your social endeavours within your circle of friends will spill into managing business clients and the like later on in life for the youngsters who are very much into their mobiles.

  6. Microblogging is so addictive. I like to Twitter everyday with my friends and talk about just anything. I also have some blogs but i update frequently my Twitter more than my WordPress blog.
