Payoneer is a banking service that gives you credit cards to use them online and anywhere else. You get a new credit card by postage and this can be used online for many purposes like shopping, linking with online payment processors etc.
And it can be used in shopping malls for payments too. It is a master card and can be used at places where MasterCard® credit card is accepted. Money can be drawn at ATM’s through payoneer’s Mastercard.
And now, this is of good benefit for bloggers too, who are using ReviewMe as one of their pay per post services. As ReviewMe, owned by MediaWhiz company is linked to Payoneer and the revenue that people earn in this site goes directly to your payoneer cards and you can smoothly withdraw that amount from any ATMs or can just go shopping with it 
There is always problem for American banking companies to send credit cards etc. to countries like India and other Asian countries, but payoneer has no problem with it. Card activation outside US $10.00 – normally $20.00

I think for the fees, is quite reasonable price.

This is something i might look into in the future as my Reviewme earnings are starting to increase, i now recieve around 1 request per day from reviewme sadly many of these get rejected for not being appropriate for my blog.

ReviewMe sucks, try to get clients directly because you could save around 30-40% middle men charges, try to prove to your advertisers how a review would be beneficial to them and this is the way you can get real clients.

if you have accepted sites in Reviewme you can get campaign opps just make sure to subscribe to your personal RSS feed. If your site is anything worth going to you should have some campaign opps. I get like 2 offers a day for campaigns.
I have never dealt with review me but if i needed a credit card i would go straight to the company and apply.

I have been using payoneer for last 6 months, and i am absolutely not happy with it. The FEE is triple than they claim. ATM withdrawals are 3 times more fee than you expect and they explain it is because of currency conversion. It converts USD->Local Currency->USD->LocalCurrency i guess.
And when someone loads money to your account it charges both side. Loader and Me. Both of them pays about 3%, and it is even not instant. You have to wait for 2 days for your money to appear on your card, or Pay More $5 dollar to get it immediately. Shortly Payoneer Sucks and Sucks money from their customers. i never seen happy customers till now.
And every month, they again charge $3 for maintainance fee. And all transaction will appear on List after 8-12 hours which makes it history and forget. The list of old transactions are limited and you cannot see the transactions older than a month. the web application doesn’t allow to see the old transactions. Date picker doens’t work.
yes payoneer sucks.. they offering and positions themselves as ‘easy to pay and get paid’ but that works for some period.. after that they strating to froze your recived funds..with dumb message ‘contact information missing contact support ‘ support telling that now they REQUIRING to send the scan of card, ID’s of the users who paid bu fax..idiots..so anyone be afraid of that.. they just want you to pay more using the GAF,RAC,Elance and then as they telling ‘there will be no any problems’.. but you pay 8% to elance.. 3,5% to load.. an dthen abour 5% in convertsion to get cash.. so in totals it is converting into -16.5% form your payment.. huh ?
i’m searching for another ways to get paid now.. customers are unhappy.. i’m unhappy.. payoneer is happy i guess.. good luck..

I am starting to wonder if you reply to your emails! I have tried putting my details into the page for applying for the Payoneer card and despite filling in all the required fields, I keep getting the on page error that I have not filled all required fields! Is there a bug?
This is really fantastic. People who love to shop will surely want to get one, and it has a reasonable price as well which everyone would be able to afford.
I guess this makes conducting transactions online a lot easier for cardholders. It takes off the hassle of having to visit banks, all one needs is to click the right buttons.

i registered for it , never recieved the card, talked to customer care they said maintenance fee will not be deduced if ur card is not active but they big cheaters deduced monthly maintenance fee every month while card never reached me i re order it it again never reach me and my amount kept on reducing what a big fake this compnay is!
I just got paid by infolinks with the payoneer card.. However the card has not yet reached me and its been well over a month. service has not been good and they continue to hit me up with fees, to except money etc. at this time I cannot recommend them.
I don’t have payoneer master card but I got so many information about it in many ways and finally decided to not to use for me because I’m not a great employer……
