Image editing tool for Android Platform powered mobiles

Android platform mobile which is said to be better than iphone, is already into the mind of thousands of developers of apps and tools related to this platform. And here is one of the application, that helps in editing and adding effects to the images in their android powered mobiles.
It is PicSay app for Android.

It has some awesome features that would bring a feel of windows computer in a mobile phone.
