Title might be catchy, but these prices are for calls between the Canada and US subscribers. This is a fair offer for the American residents who can make calls from US to Canada and vice-versa and talk through Skype for unlimited time paying just $2.95 a month. There is no hidden fee, no long-term contracts and no connection fees for this plan.
Not just that, there is a 33% discount for 3-month or 12-month subscription which ends on June 1st, 2008. These are unlimited cell phone and land line calls. Voicemail is also provided in this. Go here to Sign-up with this offer.
Additionally there is an Unlimited World option too, by which you can call to unlimited landline numbers through out the world which includes 34 countries. This is priced at just $9.95 per month. Sad part for me is that its not available in India. It also has the 33% discount offer as above. No long-term contract. No connection fees.

What is so wonderful about skype, though? I know tons of people use it, but there are services that are ‘free’ that allow you to use voice chat….minus the voicemail part, I suppose. It’s really not a bad deal if you benefit from the other features.

LOL, Chetan - the title was certainly catchy but alas! Not useful for International users. That brings something in my mind - have we stopped considering Canada and US in international country group… LOL
