I think this site will grow fast, if well maintained and updated regularly. Simple and clean layout make the site more professional and make it suitable for the niche. Make it better with additional information about the site, the writer, etc.

I visited the site, and I found that the site is comparatively new – as its alexa rank is 3,142,831. That itself shows that the website needs to do a lot of promotions.
Apart from this, I also feel that this website must have a differentiating factor, I mean it should offer something extra to its users and I could not find that “extra” something while I visited it
The company has to do so because already In India, there are popular sites on the same topic such as – naukri, timesjobs, monster.com, So, if this website has to gain members, it has to have a differentiating factor

Don’t use red for side-widget. Use the same color as you do for the whole-blog. Use black or grey color.

this site is very informative, especially about hi-tech. dont put too many ads cuz the appearance will look cheap and slow to open it, also give the link for free mp3 download it would be good.

I think that while the site has a lot of potential (especially in India), it has a long ways to go. If it doesn’t gain a lot of traction within a couple months there won’t be a lot of resiliency to the market and no pull to go to a “failed” jobsite.
