Test your Internet connection speed

Was just trying to find a tool which can calculate my internet speed by correctly uploading and downloading a file and letting me know the time it can take to download a particular file size.
I have a list of bandwidth speed test tools earlier but that seemed to work not very well and I got this tool which is the perfect for me.
Here is what it calculates -
Download speed
Upload speed
Also shows in how much time a file of 1 MB, 10 MB etc. can be downloaded. This gives us a rough estimate for us to see whether a particular file can be downloaded in particular time or not.
It also indicates your QOS, which means Quality of Service for your connection. Higher the QOS, better the connection.

I have been using Pingdom for a while to check on the speed of my site and this looks like a nice alternative.

i have tried with this given speedometer. Its also fine to test the internet connection speed.

Thanks for sharing the tool chetan now i can blast my internet provider, if i dont get enough speed!!!!!!:D

Download: 462 kbps.
