I was using my personal favorite bit.ly URL shortening service till someone pointed out at tr.im service which i never used before and didn’t know they were so awesome. Just checked it, and its awesome. I am not at all against bit.ly as it still rocks but tr.im is fast and has a character lesser than bit.ly, so a great alternative.
tr.im is a beautiful URL shortening service which is not just for simple URL shortening but also has amazing features along with that. And the site is very fast loading and has amazing features like stats, tracking of visitor locations etc. which are all listed below -

I’d probably use this service instead of bit.ly just because it sounds cooler! Looks like branding does have a point!
