This gives good backup, doesn’t mean that you have to keep using it when there is a chance of charging the phone directly. This is only for emergency cases, when you are in urgent need of some battery backup for small period of time.

It feels great to know that iPhone is coming up with so many things. Updates like this will help it stay in the market for long.

Yeah seriously the need of an extra battery is a must for iPhone 3g which i hear is having a low battery life, that is what i heard from my brother.

This is great! and it would be very useful for emergencies.. especially when there is something bad happening and you dont have a battery to call someone

I live in Jamaica and am concerned about the low battery service. There is only one Apple dealer here and that company doesn’t even stock the latest phones! Apple definitely needs to address his issue. I have always been uncomfortable with not being able to just go and buy an additional battery.
