Apple iPhone 3G battery drains faster than others, this was said before. But after the firmware update, it runs normally. Still sometimes there are situations when you have no source of charging your iPhone and you need to use it desperately.

First thing is to conserve the iPhone battery as much as you can, but if you still have very low battery running and you need a backup, and so this USB rechargeable emergency battery power pack comes into use. You can have some extra time with the iPhone 3G by attaching this power pack to it.

It’s a lithium ion battery and it says that the charge time is 2 hours, which is not at all less. Went into the questions and reviews section and found that there are a few satisfied buyers. So it works perfectly.

You can buy this emergency battery backup from DealExtreme. The only supported product they say is Apple iPhone 3G.

This gives good backup, doesn’t mean that you have to keep using it when there is a chance of charging the phone directly. This is only for emergency cases, when you are in urgent need of some battery backup for small period of time.

Yeah seriously the need of an extra battery is a must for iPhone 3g which i hear is having a low battery life, that is what i heard from my brother.
