That sure ain’t cheap! I still see no reason to let go of my trusty old XP operating system, unless it is to migrate to a free linux based platform in future!
@SEO Tips South Africa, True. I have tried the Windows 7 OS and its not much different from Windows vista except that its more flexible. And Win vista has always been a big flop from Microsoft and people love Windows XP. No one would easily decide to leave XP for the new Windows 7 and also afford spending the whooping $260 for the product which they actually don’t want to use.
Linux would also be a better option, but still XP users should better stick to XP and not anything else.
Microsoft’s pricing has been outrageous for a number of years.
Two hundred bucks!
Go for linux….
people might not want to leave xp. but that’s one reason that they released a beta version. to see if they would like it. personally i prefer open-source software. go Linux. but i still deal with Microsoft. opinion bill gates sucks. he has a monopoly on pretty much all the hardware and software that gos into a computer. exception apple. bill gates makes it a pain in the but for us linux users to get hardware for our computers. we have to get all are stuff online.
