After Google, now its product Youtube too has the Wonder wheel to give suggestions for your search query and to make search more effective and easier for you in the video sharing site. Wonder wheel is a suggestion tool, where one query leads to suggestion of other queries which helps in narrowing of search.

As techcrunch reports -

If you do a search on YouTube, which on its own would be the second largest search engine in the world, you will see a new option under the search box on the right called Wonder Wheel. If you click on that, your search term appears in a circle with lines branching out to related tags. Anytime you click on a related tag around the wheel, it creates a new wheel attached to the original with its own set of related searches.

In my view, the Wonder wheel is not a very big new feature, as i always feel searching for a youtube video through Google is way better as i find very irrelevant results through Youtube for its videos. And when its not relevant, what wonder would the Wonder wheel do in suggesting videos.

Still, the Youtube search has got a bit better with sorting out videos with duration, location and the time of upload etc. You also have an option to search videos by category. Check youtube.com and its search bar, and when you type and search keyword, the results page would give a link for Wonder wheel in the right side. Try it out if you want to know more.
